Emperor Aurelian. He appears during one of Rome's greatest crises and fully restores the empire in just 5 years. He was so OP the devs had to remove him from the game based on a forged tweet by a disgruntled eunuch. Orleans and by extension New Orleans are named after him, both places the British military has been thoroughly embarrassed, so that's a bonus.

Of those closer to home, Alexander II of Russia. The tradfags might not like him because he was kind of liberal, but he ruled my country fairly and encouraged development of Grand Duchy of Finland, and his kindness was returned with lasting loyalty. Even though Finland went through bouts of nigh-genocidal hatred of Russians, his statue was never touched.
