If we define "ancient Greek philosopher" we mean "individual who wrote tomes in ancient Greek discussing his philosophical views", then I choose Saint Paul of Tarsus. Plato's concept of the ideal was great. Socrates was brilliant. Aristotle was transcendent. But Paul made a larger impact by far.
