It's either a predator somehow broke into the Ramsey mansion undetected on Christmas Eve and took JB out of her bed without her waking up and making any noise and taking her down to the basement and killing her for no apparent reason and then writing a fake ransom note in her mother's handwriting and sneaking out again undetected -OR- she accidentally died and the parents covered it up by staging the whole thing.
