Who is this guy? Jesse T Kline / "Maserati Mike" - Is he a Kiwi?

Jesse T Kline, also known as "Maserati Mike", is a former Ferguson, Missouri police officer who made minor headlines after he was seen carrying an AR 15 outside the courthouse in Kenosha, Wisconsin where the Kyle Rittenhouse trial is being held.

NBC reporter Tim Stelloh wrote an article claiming to exchange text messages and phone calls with Kline:

Stelloh's article concluded by saying:

Moments later, he called back and said: "I wanted to let you know I'm government-funded and sometimes I glow in the dark."

Then Kline hung up again.

I've never heard anyone who wasnt in some way associated with the farms reference glowies before. Is he a kiwi? Is he a real glowie? Is he suffering from the same illness as Saint Terrence of Davis? Or am I seeing things that arent there?

(BTW I've been gone a while so I don't know if this has been discussed before. Searched for "Kline" and "Maserati Mike" and didn't turn up anything but maybe it was discussed in chat or in a thread that got nuked I dunno.

Referring to feds as "glowies" or "glowing" is not limited to Internet shitposters anymore. It has shown up in several reports/briefings for DHS and FBI employees as part of a primer on "extremist" terminology. It is absolutely something one of them might say.
It would not shock me if this guy is a federal informant or agent provocateur of some sort. His comment about "glowing," combined with the mysterious dismissal of his prior charges makes me think this guy is acting as an informant of some sort. The feds probably have a number of guys outside the courthouse embedded in both the pro and anti-Rittenhouse crowds.
This guy absolutely fits the profile of a informant.

I read that he's a former Ferguson coo who was fired for following his girlfriend or wife who was cheating to the new dudes place,hid in the yard, came out and yelled at them and poked dude with his barrel in his chest to warn him or something and left but was promptly arrested and fired. Yet Ferguson dropped all charges relating to it.

I only check in on the Kyle thread during the day when shit is still getting stirred up with his trial (omfg, what a whirlwind if a circus trial, one thing after another, crazy and just unbelievable, were it not true). If you can dig up a lot throw it in prospering grounds?

Sounds like a POS schizo mf to me. Glad he's off the force. Too bad he didn't actually have to face consequences to committing an actual gun crime (and threatening someone, even a wife's lover, is a fucking crime, cuz of course it is. Cops are {supposed to be} trained that with great weapon comes great responsibility, and clearly this dude is obviously not getting how serious that is.)

Like for real, u threaten someone with a gun like this when angry (and under the cover of authority!) You should be barred from owning one again, full stop .

I've heard glowie used colloquially and not on the farms so idky u think we re special. I mean, were autists.

Eta: I don't think the gov would be stupid enuf to work with this schizo , he can't keep his mouth shut, that's bad in the spy business, so I doubt he's backed. But then again, I saw bumbling idiots on the state side of Kyle's trial so who knows anymore.
