You must be watching some weird ass JAVs fam. Pretty much every JAV I've seen involves a man fucking a woman or a lesbian sex with women like Ai Uehara, Anri Okita, Rei Mizuna, Ai Mukai, Yui Hatano and a couple white women. I've yet to see a tranny or a trap in JAV at all.

Asians by far in terms of physical appearance, but yes, I've seen effeminate men from all races.
As @Crunchy Leaf pointed out, effeminate white males usually overlap with the nu-male / soyboy / bugman contingent which makes for painful human interaction. Even proper gay white guys can be very condescending and passive aggressive.
The effeminate blacks I met were practically one-man pride parades. Haven't met too many of them, though.

I knew a gay black guy in high school...very sweet and very gay.
The thing about soyboys vs true effeminate males is soyboys are bland, like tofu. Their wardrobe is graphic tees and cargo shorts. They rarely have interest in creative pursuits outside of video games and maybe graphic design. You'll never see one being campy, outside of twitter mimicry to try and seem woke.

the old Norse people who were as white as humanly possible were infamous because the men were said to look very feminine without their beards while the women had a nationwide epidemic of man face. You'd think with our ancestors being prettyboys and manladies whites would be the most effeminate race but once again the Asians have outdone us in their crusade to outdo all other races.

I'd say Asians, given the aforementioned ladyboys, their obsession with androgyny and all the effeminate J-pop and K-pop boy bands. I hear that muscles are often associated with gay culture in Japan, too.

I think it's a matter of containment. It's true that various Asian cultures have particular fag ridden areas, but they largely keep to themselves and don't try and inflict themselves and their derangement onto others.
That's why I think whites in general are the worst, because it just keeps SPREADING like it's some kind of unchecked social disease rather than a cultural niche kept to the sidelines for people who want to be snowflakes and freaks.
