Which fanfic community is the most deranged?

Modern day fanfics is one of the most degenerate things on the internet, so the question is which community around a specific work is the most deranged. I'm speaking of the community as a whole, rather than individuals who send it over the edge.

I'll preemptively ban any shared universes between different works (unless they are by the same authors, ie Simpsons and Futurama are okay, but MLP and Family Guy are no go) since that is in itself a sign of insanity.

The younger the fandom skews, the more deranged the fandom in my experience. The fanfic community for Genshin Impact is pure cancer both. At least half of the fics you find have trannyfied characters.

There was one particular Lord of Rings fanfic that was famous for how bad it was.
It was long, badly written, and incredibly depraved and graphic.

I managed to finish it just so I could boast about doing so because it was so gross and hard to read.
