Which Anglo and Euro countries have the worst education systems?

By "worst" I'm referring both to quality (can kids there actually do basic reading, writing, science, and math?) and ideology (are their art, language, social studies, and history classes fixated on pushing revisionism, "pro-diversity" messaging, inclusion/multiculturalism, LGBT stuff, socialism/communism, and general left-wing beliefs and agendas?).

Also considered are how friendly or controlling/restrictive the country is to both homeschooling and private schools/religious schools.

Never heard bad things about Euro eduction. Anglo educations is notorious though for being extremely biased to the student's origins.

Wasn't there just a story in the articles/news forum about a German school asking 13-15-year-olds to design "inclusive brothels"?
