How effective is that? I'm a horrendous sleeper, always have been. The only OTC drug I've found that works well is promethazine.

I don't know how much works and how much is just placebo. I'm trying it out before upping dependency forming prescription drugs, because they're great until they stop working, which is what I've been dealing with. But maybe the evil SpaceJew doctor is right and I do need to up my tranquilizers.
