I quit playing 10 years ago because of the stress, gigantic time investment, and mental exhaustion of playing at a high level. Well, and because I wanted to actually get laid before I turned 20.

Still, the deck I built around this was something i am still quite proud of, the sheer dominance of it for a time was amazing. I got like 20 foil versions given to me by friends and such over time because it was so associated with me and only cost a few bucks.

Same here, quit about a decade ago when I was a freshman in high school. It's a huge money pit to stay current and up-to-date with the newest cards and sets. I still like the game itself and play on Xbox sometimes, but I doubt I'd ever spend money on cards again.
