What's the name of this tune?

I came across this weird video but has a piece of modern orchestral music attached at the end which I clipped onto here for you folks to take a hear. I have absolutely zero idea where this music piece comes from. It's either from a movie or video game. I've asked the plebs over at Reddit and they never returned my question AT ALL.

Please let me know where it originates. Just ignore the crazy filters that came with this video.

The music sounds like the character is escaping great danger and after the character's ordeal is safe and at ease.

I don't know if it's just me, but it sounds like a mashup of different songs. Unfortunately, I don't really recognize any of them.
