It was some blackhead that was in my ear. It was weird, like a grain of grey, squishy rice. I squished it.

Biggest pimple I've personally popped was on my chest, it was probably the diameter of a pencil eraser and shot pus onto my mirror, a distance of about 2 feet. Was equal parts gross and impressive.

Biggest pimple-like thing I've had removed from my body was an infected sebaceous cyst on my shoulder that had turned into an abscess. When the nurse practitioner lanced it, a stream of green pus streamed down my shoulder and it smelled like blue cheese. I had to fight the urge to gag. I ended up having to get someone to help me replace the gauze in the wound until it closed about a week afterwards, though thankfully I was able to get the cyst "sack" removed about a month later and to date it hasn't come back.
