Like something I can throw on my home server and watch during lunch breaks, is ideally under 30 minutes and mostly focuses on relatively healthy dishes that can be made quickly with little prep. I've been watching The French Chef but sometimes it's hard to convert the 50 year old recipes into something useable and a lot of the recipes are somewhat complex

This guy has a show called "Struggle Meals" where he shows you how to make good stuff on a budget with minimal equipment and experience.

I like Jacques Pepin, his newer show is designed for cooking smaller portion meals for 1-3 people, very simple, easy to follow recipes that can be done with minimal ingredients and effort.

I recommend learning a few simple recipes that can be done with minimal ingredients and prep time, otherwise picking one day of the week to do meal prep you can do a lot of the heavy lifting in advance and make it very simple to just heat and eat while still having something budget and health friendly with fresh whole foods.

Semi homemade with Sandra Lee was good. I'm not sure if it's on YouTube now or where to stream it, but it's worth a search.

Sorry for the blurry text, literally the only way for it to show the full titles on mobile

Delia. Her how to cook series is good. Her cookery course books are great.
