I'd take half of it and put it into an investment fund managed by some jew who got a percentage of earnings to encourage him to do the best job possible. Id spend the other half on more land, new tractors, farm equipment, fencing, and livestock. Probably a heard of 200 cows or something to start. Then I'd build a meat processing plant on the farm and get my USDA license and hock beef to my local community for the rest of my life and die happy.

Build the finest dog rescue shelter money could create. Donate to a bunch of other animal shelters.
Buy a ranger bass boat, fully loaded. Buy a brand new RV I could haul it in. Travel the country with my mobile crib and boat for a few years and just fish literally every awesome body of water I've ever dreamed about or even heard of.
