He was a big fan of German Shepherds as stated above, but also of an Alligator named Saturn and Fox Terriers. So guessing by this, we can assume Hitler's fursona would be one of the three. If you were uncreative you'd use Red, Black and White for his fursona colors but we can take a look at his art to deduce the actual colors he'd pick for his fursona.

He seemed quite the fan of Neoclassicism. This has a dominate focus on neutral or muted tones like beige, ivory, cream etc. He'd likely have something like that on his fursona as a personal touch. Black, red and yellow are nice personal and complimentary touches to accent, but only in small doses. Maybe even some jewel tones for the fursona eyes.
