From experience, they may delete your comment or ban you from commenting on videos for one day. So far they haven't banned my account. And before posting a comment with a slur sometimes a message pops up saying something like "Try changing your comment to something nicer".
And most of the times they just hide your comments and don't tell you.

I uploaded a single Holocaust redpill video and got my entire Jewgle account wiped. I imagine saying nigger would get you similar results.
