that is not entirely true : while i strongly agree, chris needs to for once in his life be held accountable and be in prison, yes. but that being said, it is possible he could be put in a group home for mentally ill, not necessarily disabled, but either way, actually many people in group homes are sexually inappropriate,, its fairly common with DD/MR people , and sometimes mentally ill folks; who were never taught and or have never been allowed to express sexual feelings appropriately and healthily. dude, i worked in social services for almost 20 years and so many clients have it in their files : various histories of ''sexually inappropriate behavior ''. so technically they would not turn him down, hed likely be in a group home with clients who have similar issues and they pretty much cannot go out without a tard-wrangler ( yes i said it LOL i am so over all the ''pc'' bullshit ) plus after working with them for so long, i will say it was very frustrating, it was not ''rewarding or inspirational'' in the least.
