God if there is one thing I could bring back from the earlier internet it's geocities. I had endless fun making crappy free websites.

OK, now it's multiple Geocities mentions. There are Geocities archival sites, or were. There is also a 1TB+ torrent of a ton of archived stuff. If you remember your neighborhood and shit, you have a chance of finding your own old content.

plenty of torrents have 0/0 and no copies on usenet, or ddl sites.

tgere was a 90's dragon ball z geocities site where the giy would post still images from the bootleg fansub vhs he got with narration and comentary.

that was how i "watched" dbz until funi came along. he stopped posting screen caps around then.

There was a Sailor Moon site like this too. It is archived, mostly. Are you sure the DBZ one isn't?

Anything uploaded to TinyPic. I used that site in the early-mid 2010s to upload screenshots onto a forum for a video game, but those screenshots are lost now.

Thanks, I had no idea. It won't help me because I don't remember any of the info needed to search, but it sure is fun browsing through the archived sites. First hit: The Cult of Bruce. If only Kiwifarms was around back then...

I just checked out Sploder recently to find that the site is still up but, you can't play or make games anymore. Makes me sad seeing a piece of my earlier internet days is now effectively gone.

I've been fucking around with it since I posted in this thread and I got a few games on Kongregate to work, though they tend to crash after a few levels.

All day. Because-i-love-it-so-much" then a mod/admin become involved and he was also sucking dicks.

The Nickelodeon forums. I was a part of them about 20-15 years ago. They were pretty restricted. The mods controlled if your topics or replies went up or not. Most of the topics I made never got posted. My replies did though. I can understand some moderating to prevent bullying but the restrictions there were crazy. The board was taken down about 5 years ago. It seems has time has gone on the Nick website has gotten more basic. Shouldn't it be the opposite?

Most of the games on Nick and Cartoon Network are gone too. It's a shame too as I enjoyed many of them. One Nick game I remember was a Halloween one where a kid would get all demonic if you game them black licorice.

For Cartoon network I remember a game where you could walk around the CN studio as some cartoon character. There was also a Dexter's Lab game where you had to find his robot and a KND game where you're defending the treehouse.

Something recent is the seessaa wiki for colorable mecha lineart, it went down last year and no one bothered to save the images there, so literal thousands of images got lost and that is it.
