NAC, creatine, regular multivitamin, Omega 3, fibre, iron, and calcium tablets also containing magnesium, zinc, and vitamin d.

I think I’ve covered all bases for when I’m on a calorie deficit so that I’m not short of anything.

Fish Oil, D3+K2 mainly because my family has a history of heart problems (even if it's more so because of poor diet and lack of exercise than anything). I'm good on the exercise side, the diet is more of a struggle. I don't eat fast food or drink soda, but I do have a sweet tooth. Beyond that I limit the saturated fats and save eating the junk food for special occasions.

Eggs I guess, the more free range and better fed the chickens are the better the eggs. And you look at eggs as a multivitamin the more expensive free range type eggs typically have 3x as much of the good stuff so aren't even more expensive.

Vitamin D3, Calcium, C, Ginko, Quercetin, and then before meals, a probiotic, and enzyme digestive. After breakfast and dinner I have a quick glass of water with a shot of ACV and 5HTP before bed. I also substitute goat's milk for cow and I eat duck eggs from a farm instead of chicken.

I also frequently do a micro trip on mushrooms for my general well being.

Protein, iron (heme polypeptide), vitamin C, astaxanthin (to make my skin more even/slightly tanned and protect me from the sun*)

I try to get time outside in the sun

(* I wear sunscreen on my face and shoulders etc, but sunscreen blocks vitamin d absorption. There’s some evidence that astaxanthin gives you DNA protection without blocking vitamin D. At any rate, it’s been a year I’ve been taking it and I haven’t been even slightly sunburned or uncomfortable in the sun after about 4 months in, it’s a little creepy)

So I've taken the following.

Minerals and Vitamins:
Magnesium, Gysiclate, For Sleep and cause I'm on a deficit.
Zinc, Picolate, since I take magnesie.
Vitaminc C, a small dose cause I don't eat that much fruit.
Vitamin D and K2 cause I don't deal with the sun.
Omega 3, concentrate for recovery and heart health.
Boron, a large does. It supposed to help with testosterone absorption. I tried it for a cycle, liked the results.

Other stuff:
Taurine. I've taken it for a year now. Don't really feel much from it but it's so dirt cheap I keep taking it. It's supposed to help with endurance and the heart but my numbers are fine and take and do so much I can't credit it. It doesn't taste like anything and I got the powder
Rhodiola. It's for waking you up, a light stimulant other than coffee. It works, it doesn't get you wired just more awake. It's dirt cheap and I recommend it.
Ashwaghanda. It's for cortisol and sleep and ever since I take it I do sleep better it's also in the dirt cheap category so recommended.
TMG. I've taken it for performance and I've noticed a decent gain when I added it. The powder smells like fish, but it doesn't taste like anything but the shaker smells after and minus it making you wash the shaker with sodium bicarbonate every now and then. It's medium price over here but a tub lasts me 4 months. Not sure if I'd recommend it unless you want a bit more.
Creatine. It works, it's more expensive over here for no reason and I've taken it for years now... Do not load up if you start taking it or you will be sitting on the toilet the entire two weeks you load it.
Beta Alanine. I've taken it for muscle loading and it works just fine. When I was in the loading phase the tingling got a bit bad, it even gave me some anxiety at times. But now that I'm loaded it's fine. I started with caps, they cost too much and the powder doesn't smell or taste like anything. Not sure I'd recommend it unless you be lifting.
HMB. It's supposed to help with muscle retention while on a deficit. It's niche. The caps over here are too much, the powder is still pricy. I've not lost much muscle mass when using it. But I also never did a cut without it so I can't recommend. But it also doesn't taste or smell like anything.
Citrulline. It's my pre workout. It works. Tastes soo fucking sour. Makes the shaker smell. And it's a bit more pricy than I like it. But it does work so I would recommend it.
Beatroot juice. It really helps with my running. I like how it tastes. It's a bit pricy and I'm too lazy to make it myself. Recommend if you are a runner.
Maca powder. Smells bad, tastes bad. Like rotten carrots in a humidor. I've felt nothing. It's not expensive and would still not recommend it.
Yohimbine HCL. The devil. It's meant to help with fat burning and as a pre workout by blocking some signals in the body to stop auto regulation. First time I took it I didn't feel anything in the first five minutes so like a moron I took a 2nd dose... Triggered my flight or flight mode, couldn't sit down. I had to work out or lie down, no in between. Every ache and pain felt worse and it gave me real anxiety. Also every good feeling felt better. The runner's high I got after was one of the best ones and I barely did shit.l. Would not recommend for anyone else but I am a retard and I am keeping it. It's also expensive.
L-Tyrosine. It's supposed to help if you are really stressed or sleep deprived and I can say that it does work and I keep a bottle just in case I have something to do and I slept like shit. Wouldn't recommend unless you really need that emergency help.

I've also taken Whey but that's not a supplement.

I fast like 16 hours a day or more and I've been tempted to get bloodworks just to see what I'm lacking, cause clearly I'm lacking something. I've however had 3-4 coworkers who literally poisoned themselves with endlessly doping with vitamins and shit, so all this "woah zinc fixed my life" shit falls on deaf ears.

One of these is all you need for most of cover off most of your vitamins.

I just take a simple daily vitamin. I started in 2022 sometime. With doing that and walking a mile or more a day, It helped me lose 40 pounds believe it or not.
Same. I'm 38 now and since I'm creeping up on 40 I decided to start taking a multivitamin every day. I already get enough omega-3 and things such as that because we eat plenty of fish and we get our nutrition from food, which of course is the best way to get it.
My girlfriend has been really helpful with that because she makes grocery lists that have "must haves" on it, so we get everything we need in our diet.

Vitamins: A (fish oil), D3, E, K2MK7, B complex, C (acerola AKA the real deal), magnesium and zinc. I check the ingredients thoroughly because there's a ton of low quality shit out there.

I started taking them during the scamdemic because I wanted to fortify my immune system without getting the """vaccine""". Also I did some blood tests around that time and realized how dangerously low my D levels were. They're fine now.

I've been taking peptides, most effectively being retatrutide. Mostly because I have diabetic family members on both sides and I learned how severely my blood sugar was impacted. Which is weird because I've always been in a healthy weight range for my height (160-200). But I noticed that sometimes I just had periods of time where I just couldn't lose weight no matter how little I ate and would just do cardio out the ass to work against it. Turns out it was a blood sugar problem and I just take reta because it makes it faster and easier to maintain it but it makes you really think. Along with that I just drink that mary ruth's stuff from costco the slimey multivitamin and some other peptides.
I know this kinda dead, but is there supplements that help with focus and memory? I noticed sharp decline in my ability to focus and remember stuff
Semalank and Semax peptides I heard had good results with this, you just have to find a trusted source to get them from like GLP-1 forums or something. Ideally you can reconstitute them into nasal sprays.

Look into your blood sugar, I had tremendous issues with mine that I didnt realize. Don't jump to peptides because there's already things like Metformin if you want a drug to help. But at the same time look into glycemic impact of foods because I've found certain fruits and vegetables have a higher impact than just eating bread. Sourdough bread is a must to get and I mean authentic stuff. Other than that try to love meat and cheese because the keto thing is sort of on the money but the thing that matters is fixing your blood sugar even if your doctor says its fine.
