True, but reverse position doesn't make sense either. Usually that's "top and tail" in the context of sharing a bed.

Really the gist of all this is sleeping on your side is the only position worth considering. It is more comfortable, reduces snoring, and efficient.

I'm also a side/prone sleeper. I start on my back for about 15-20 minutes and when I start getting down close to sleep, I roll on to my side. I roll around a bit during the night.
