What precautions do you take while uploading stuff?
The warnings while registering for the site have got me a bit spooked. I use a throwaway mail for all this shit but should I run images through a metadata remover? What about videos? I don't even know how to do that shit for videos. I saw something on the cybersecurity thread about how to site automatically removes the data but I didn't get it. Help a normie out?

Might be counterproductive to your goal, but if you are worried about being doxxed or whatever. Just dont post anything. Theres always gonna be another sucker to post the content if its public stuff and take the heat for you. Just point and laugh.
Null goes out of his way to enable meta data scrubbing for the site. Most social media does too now except tumblr. Just remember to crop your profile pic out of screen shots on social media.
Be famous and use your real name when signing up so that people will assume its just a meme and never believe your dox.
But seriously, one thing to avoid doing with images is posting the same uncommon image both here and somewhere linked to another account of yours. Someone in the dick masterson thread got found out that way because he posted an image both on twitter and here and that image was never posted anywhere else on the internet. Also image names on files you upload sometimes are viewable, so renaming images before and after you post them here is another thing to do if you are REALLY paranoid about someone linking your KF account to your real account.
