I think he's referring to how Jews are superior to all other ethnic group in his original post. Makes sense since each time they were kicked out of a nation was because of how they were smarter than the Gentiles and were able to get everything from them (Magna Carta happening because all English lords were indebted to Jews because they were so shitty with money management, and Jews being kicked into Eastern Europe because they were smart enough to realize that the Black Death was because of germs so they took proper care and were able to buy up all the property from those who died from it and then cleaned them of the bubonic plague while the Europeans were so dumb with illnesses that they even allowed lepers be in public courtrooms without anything stopping them spreading their Mycobacterium leprae germs).
As for ZOG, some elements of it exist but not all the Jews are in on it and they don't control every single thing in existence, it's more like there's a bunch of corrupt Jews who want to get shekels from Gentiles in the form of welfare (both Tugboats and Corporate), foreign aid, and fooling dumb people. Funny enough from what I've seen actual Zionists are opposed to ZOG-like activities.
