Ultrapenguin
He's a penguin that was hatched from a breeding program up north and, due to a clerical error, somehow wound up on a transport to the frontlines of a war against hostile alien forces bent on annihilating all life on earth instead of being sent to Antarctica! What a mixup!
The humans doubted him at first, "What's a penguin going to do? They don't even have god damned fingers" but then one day when the humans were on the verge of defeat Ultrapenguin appeared wearing a suit of power armor and routed the attacking forces with ease.
Ultrapenguin went on to become one of the most decorated soldiers of the armies of earth. He also has lots and lots of sex.
(Meanwhile a crate full of guns labeled "live penguin" arrived in Antarctica, and the next generation of ultrapenguins began training)
