It's a Chinese logging camp. 63 people there understand Hebrew and 24 understand Yiddish, they work government jobs producing news and entertainment for an audience of no one. It's also the only place in the eastern 2/5 of Russia that doesn't get colonial development bonuses. If you're an anti-Zionist Jew, it's not a bad place to live as long as you contrive to be "based" tax-wise in a region that does get the bonuses.
