It's a land of endless devained head-on shrimp cooked just to the point where there still firm and no one throws out the shells while you're making a stock like some fucking retard! I'll make stock out of everything. But shrimp is kind of weak if I am honest. Still good, but not as much flavor as other seafood broths.
