Uh, sweaty, I read a Twitter thread from a professor of something or other (so it's proven science) that the reason no females succeed in the major sports is because men banned them out of fear of being shown up constantly. You pointing to the fact that none of them ban women is just proof you're part of the patriarchal conspiracy.
 
A woman is a creature of the human species with no Y chromosome. That simple. I've thought about weird syndromes like XXY and XYY and whatever, I think the easiest way to say it is just that if you have any number of Ys, you're a man, if you're not a man, you're a woman, done.
