But doesn't Crystal have to be WHITE? Our boy only wants the vanilla china, the only ethnic Chris will put his duck in is Kimmi.
 
He would expect others to help him. Remember when he freaked out over having no power for like a day and made a FB post asking others to help him.
 
I wonder what would happen if they needed to evacuate the house (for a flood or something like that) and Barb just flat-out refused to leave the hoard.

Then he'd stay. If :snorlax: doesn't want leave her horde then Chris won't leave either. After all, she might change the locks on him if he does.
 
When we had the earthquake that hit Virginia and Maryland two years ago, I wonder how he reacted.
 
I just read World War Z (finally) and the chapter on the otaku was relevant to this. He didn't realize his city went to shit for days because he was online, and only then it was because he finally got hungry when his parents disappeared. His weak body and lack of most practical skills meant he should have been dead. But at least he was smart, which led to his survival. Chris would have no skills with which to survive any kind of disaster.

it really doesn't matter if Chris finds the motivation to survive or not, they're fucked because survival scenarios are physically taxing. Adrenaline can do a lot, but it can't erase 30 years of physical neglect. Chris can't do one single pull-up. how is he going to lift himself out of the flood waters, away from the flaming wreck, beyond the reach of the zombies, etc.? He can't run 100 feet without stopping to gasp for air. His only hope would be to hook up with someone who could look after him and do things for him. But really, in a straight up survival scenario Chris would be a major liability, and he'd get cut loose and left behind very quickly.

That's one thing i can't stand; the number of "survival experts" on youtube etc. who are grossly overweight or out of shape. Yes, knowing how to make a shelter out of an empty can of baked beans and a chinese yo-yo is a great skill to have. Knowing exactly which indigenous tree bark is edible and which is poison is a neat ability, but if you're a fat fuck, you're never going to get the chance to use either of those in a survival scenario, because you'll be dead long before that ever comes up.
 
Chris would die. I doubt Chris could survive a water main breaking and flooding his home, let alone a real disaster.
 
He would only use women to make it because otherwise he would have to see a JERK's pickle and he is STRAIGHT! HE HATES LOOKING AT PENISES AND LOVES LOOKING AT VAGINAS! Also, a JERK in his centipede would make him a homo when he has sex with it after wrapping his duck in barbed wire.

Of course the first woman he tried to kidnap would beat the :briefs: off him.
 
If Chris went to Japan, he would reinforce the negative image of the American tourist. He would be loud-mouthed to some people such as the police, he would be ignorant of the culture and customs of Japan, he would know nothing of the language, and he would pretty much have a bad experience if he thought the people were all trolling him. If he were to ever go to Japan, you would wonder if he would try to visit Nintendo or Sega to try and pitch his Sonichu idea. Sure he is lazy and it would be shot down, but imagine him going to the headquarters of either company and trying to present it to the people who work there.

If Chris hated women, then there would be no love-quest. He would devote all his time with both videogames and complaining on how men and women are JERKS.

This reminds me of another topic of what if their house caught on fire, and it's pretty much agreed that Barb refuses to leave her hoard behind even if her life depends on it. Something Barb is aware of and accepts it.

I wonder if Chris would refuse to leave his stuff behind as well.

I'm pretty sure Chris would not want his PS3 to be left behind.
 
Chris would make a big stink (figuratively and literally) if he was forced to abandon his hoard, but he knows on some level that the parts he actually cares about can all be rebought. Part of him would probably welcome the prospect of buying his old friends over again.
 
I've recently gotten into this anime called Hell Girl, it's actually really good. Anyway, in the show, people can get the aid of a demonic girl known as Hell Girl in enacting revenge against someone that had wronged them. The person in question ends up getting psychologically tormented and then dragged to hell. It sounds like a good deal right? But there's a catch: when the person who made the deal dies, their own soul gets dragged to hell as well.

So onto the question, what if Chris had a chance to strike a contract with the Hell Girl? Who would he have her go after, Snyder, Megan, some troll? Would he even go through with the deal considering the price?

I think that if he did go through with it, he would ignore the cost of his soul. When that day comes when he dies and expects to go to heaven, he ends up getting dragged to hell. Through the whole way he'll be yelling about how that dang dirty troll Hell Girl tricked him into giving up his soul.
