Chris would not get anything done because the job will give him too much stress and he's not physically capable of doing it. Chris does not have the strength or stamina to do manual labor. His pipe cleaner arms would be too weak to mix cement. All the tools, stones, and bricks would be too heavy for him to carry.

Chris could probably be clueless enough to advertise drugs for sale online where everyone could see (while possibly mentioning something about Barb's teeth or holey buttocks to score some pity points) - if he even knew how to get drugs without being caught in the first place.
(I just don't see that happening, really)
