It's to my understanding that Bob was the parent who threatened legal action against well-meaning educators, so he'd still be resistant to the idea. It's possible he could have been cajoled into it, but we have zero evidence of that.

He was only against a specific type of treatment, not treatment in general. He didn't oppose Chris' coping classes in high school, for example.

It sounds likely. I mean men in their 80s who are sick for months don't just die like that so easy. Something about this story doesn't make sense. My bullshit detector is going off.
