For one thing, all the monsters would have blue arms. And there would be demonic jerkops and manajerks, literal trolls that represent internet trolls, and boss monsters based on Mary Lee Walsh and Michael Snyder. Chris would probably die when he would see his first nurse monster, and immediately try to flirt with her.

There'd be a secret level where Chris was trapped in a huge bathroom and had to overcome his incontinence. The boss would be a giant pair of DIRTY CRAPPED BRIEFS.
And the UFOs would just ignore Chris, the aliens wanting nothing to do with him.
