Answering this will require some assumptions. There'd be no need to take testosterone again so long as Chris hasn't been castrated via surgery. Once the exogenous hormones are stopped, then the testes will recover after some delay, and start kicking out testosterone again. There can be some permanent impairment of function, but even so, reversal of hormonal HRT really doesn't take a lot of work.
Assuming castration happened and Chris had "buyer's remorse", the ethical treatment modality would be to stop all feminizing hormones, then place chris on a testosterone replacement schedule. It's not a difficult procedure, and the results would be a reversal of most feminized secondary sex characteristics.
Worst case, depending on liver function test, a doctor might decide to just forgo the testosterone, and reverse any feminized secondary sex attributes via surgery. All and all, not a very exciting "what if".

I'm not sure if he'd be so intensely focused on her virginity to prove a point other than maturity. He might have still gone around trying to impregnate herself though.
He would probably still hold to the same sexist views while seeing himself as immune to the more negative aspects of what he thinks it means to be a woman.
