I would start writing a movie script about an autistic boy whose parents put their own ego's ahead of his welfare by mainstreaming and cuddling him.
 
Then I'd be sitting in a corner, trying to comprehend the fact that Chris isn't real for weeks.
 
I would Imagine it was alien trolls doing it for the lulz. Think about how people misuse phones and the interwebs to fuck with people aliens would probably do it too.

They're hallucinating too, but they're reacting negatively to it. Also the trolls who have interacted with Chris and provided physical evidence (cutting up the Medallion of Fail and so on) are either all part of the hallucination or were subconsciously moved to make said physical evidence to perpetuate the hallucination.

I remember people saying this at the beginning, lonelygirl15 was still fresh on the people's mind and not a lot was known about him.

I think if Chris turned out to be fake it would be the ultimate irony: We were absorbed by a make-believe being the same way we thought Chris was.

Terrible hygiene, sloth, and cross dressing poorly.
 
He'd never leave the vault because Amata refuses to go with him and become his sweetheart. He got the vault door open like she said ; she basically owes him sex now, right?
 
Don't most high schools have dress codes? I doubt they'd have let him sashay in wearing a miniskirt, autism or not.
 
Well he'd definitely object to Arcade seeing as he's gay. I think he'd be okay with Veronica though, as I think he's okay with lesbians.

He would also completely disrespect authority and get his ass handed to by the NCR and House's securitrons.

And as someone who has played the original two Fallout games, I highly doubt he would get past the cave you start out in 1. The older Fallout games require some patience and getting used to when it comes to the user interface and controls, and I doubt Chris would bother trying to learn.

Assuming he did make it out of the cave. He would get himself killed in Shady Sands because he refuses to put his weapon away. Either that, or he would decide to travel west and get roflstomped by the Super Mutants.
 
He would be a laughing stock. But perhaps it might help Chris not to become a tomgirl in the future.
