Chris’s physical prowess aside, let’s assume that this theoretical victim was unprepared, not convinced Chris would hit them, so this resulted in death or a coma.

Say it results in a serious charge like manslaughter/whatever the Virginia term for unintentional homicide, or assault with a lethal weapon, what would Chris’s situation be now?

Would the court, prosecutors and defense be as willing to have him mentally assessed as he is now, or will they be less likely to be bothered with all that shit and have him do hard time?

Defense can get assessment no matter what, at which point it's up to the doctors to make the determination (judge still has to concur, but judge usually defers to doctors).
 
What if Chris had actually had the balls to tell some of the female trolls they were bitches and just hung up on them, I would have loved to see Kaceys face of shock if at the ends of her final call where she insults him for an hour to just say ‘fuck off you fat bitch’ or something, it’s what she deserved.
 
What if that whole mass blocking on Twitter thing led to Chris being more mentally vulnerable to the "Idea Guys" meddling?

There used to be one. I think the admin(s) did away with it and left this one thread because they thought it was pointless to have all these different threads to which the answer was usually "he'd shit himself and do nothing".

What if this new documentary had come out a couple of years ago, but had been picked up by Netflix?

Basically what if Chris was the Tiger King?

I'm not so sure about that. Bob was only half Chris's size and when he came into his room and scolded him for putting those house tour videos "up on da damn internet", Chris immediately folded like a bitch. Chris legit feared and respected Bob.
