When Neopets was still a bit new, the site development team had actual accounts you could interact with. Users would block those accounts, and in doing so you could avoid receiving moderation messages. For this reason, Neopets adopted the "TNT" (the neopets team) moniker to be more professional and prevent this loophole. Evidently, the creator of Neopets' birthday (December 20th) is one day after Null's birthday (December 19th).
