First count the amount of women that you have in your harem.
once you've done that go to step 2
establish a pecking order, why do you need that?
well a pecking order is used to rank your women, you can choose how you want to do it but may I suggest the qing dynasty system?
the reason why I suggest the qing dynasty system is because its the most simplified imperial harem system. you can easily stream line your bitches.
it goes as follows:

  1. Empress (皇后; huáng hòu)-This woman should be your top bitch, in the qing dynasty this was the title for primary wife of the emporer but it's very important to select the right one, you don't want select just any random one willy nilly, otherwise you'll anger your bitches or any families that maybe supporting your ability to have a harem. you want someone not neccesarily you like personally but some one who is diplomatic virtous and has the ability to manage your harem while respecting you as top dawg. her quaters must reflect her own space, its typical to give this bitch a whole entire palace to her self, and she has the best of everything besides you. She's pretty much the only guranteed to have 1 night with you a month, and she has to have a house hold of eight servants and 4 eunuchs. you can only have one
  2. Imperial Noble Consort (皇貴妃; huáng guì fēi; Imperial Noble Consort) now this bitch, is just a step down from empress, however there is an issue its kind of bad practice to have a huang hou and huang guifei together at the same time, atleast while the huang hou is able to manage stuff, reasons why you would have huang gui fei is if you have an issue with current huan hou that makes her unable to manage the harem, or the empress seat is empty and you got a bitch to promote to huang hou rank, you could just ignore bad faith practice and put whom ever you want in the position while having and empress at the same time, but don't get mad if the empress is pissed, its kind like wishing the empress is dead. like the empress she gets a palace to herself, she gets a little less but still excellent quality stuff, she gets 2 eunuchs and 8 servents and has about the same authority as the empress, although thats checked up to empress herself.
  3. Consorts (妃; fēi; Consort) okay so 3 three steps in you have consorts, now consorts tend to be older and have already born kids, or have high ranked families and have served you for many years. you can have a max of four at a time, and they each come with a palace they would be the heads off to manage and share with the lower ranked concubines, they each come with a specific title, like gentle or vitreous, they are mistresses of their own palace, and submit to the previous ranks, they get about 75 percent of what a huang guifei gets and gets 2 eunuchs and 8 servents.
  4. Imperial Concubines (嬪; pín) this rank is limited by six, and the reside in the consorts quaters in dedicated spaces, unlike the previous ranks, typically a lower rank goes up this rank by giving birth more than once, they're pretty much the first step to the higher levels, decent living arragnements, they get 1 eunuch and 4 servents, and get 30 percent what a fei gets.
  5. Noble Lady (貴人; guì rén, literally "precious person") were getting lower and it sucks, a guiren or noble lady is only 2 steps above a maid, you can have an unlimited number of gui rens how ever keep in mind, they will have to share quaters with other guirens and the lower levels, typically you give this title to any woman who has given birth or is just entering the harem and has a powerful family backing her up. their quaters are shared, and they have obey everybody else in the pecking order, they get a measley 25 percent of an imperial concubine gets and only has 3 servents no eunuchs.
  6. First-Class Female Attendant (常在; cháng zài, literally "often present lady") yeah this is only step to the bottom, like a guiren you have to share quaters, and you get 10 percent of what a guiren gets, you only get 2 attendants, and your allowed an unlimited number of changzai.
  7. Second-Class Female Attendant (答應; dā yìng, literally "serving lady") this is the rock bottom, or a stepping stone, you can not go any lower in the totem pole, they get the same pay as a chanzai, and 2 servents but have to share rooms. you mind as well just fuck your maids at this point, or you can promote a maid you fucked to this rank.
once you established the rank and living situations accordingly the women will be too busy fighting each other when not attending to you to get more benefits.
