Super Size used to be a size of meal at McDonald's that was bigger than the large. It got discontinued after a vegan alcoholic released a documentary (Super Size Me) that was full of lies and misinformation in which he ate McDonald's for 30 days and blamed his health problems on fast food (instead of his chronic alcohol consumption) in order to push his vegan agenda.
Funnily enough there was another documentary that released afterwards ( Fat Head) in which comedian Tom Naughton does the exact same experiment and disproved every arguement made in Super Size Me.
dumb drunk vegan would later die of heart disease at 53, while Tom Naughton (66) is still alive and kicking.

I have conflicting feelings because when I eat objectively healthily I feel great but I shit that black swamp that Artax drowns in but when I'm on the road and eat exclusively goyslop for a week I feel like trash but I shit solid bricks and don't even have to wipe.
Also I've only ever heard two people complain that they got rid of the super size option and one of them was a brony furry who was easily 400lbs and the other had no teeth.
But I agree that no vegan can be trusted about anything at all in any capacity, Spergin' Morlock being no exception.
