Dug what felt like an entire field, but was probably maybe 30' square, of dirt. Just to exorcise the mint the previous home owner thought was smart to plant in the ground.
Keep the mint in a pot fellas, it's worse than most weeds in the dirt.

Over the weekend it was High Rise Stories: Voices from Chicago Public Housing. What a mindfuck that was, it's incredible reading how many good people lived in "the projects" and did they best they could in the circumstances raising their families and how many others have pulled themselves together after a life of crime.

This is the most legitimately antiracist book I've read to date, in the sense of breaking down stereotypes of black Americans.
