seriously arbys rubens aren't the best but for a chain drive thru they're pretty solid rubens, and a better price point than most other rubens to-go
and rubens are sort of a weird pile of ingredients so it's a lot more tricky to be able to just make your own unless you REALLY want a LOT of rubens, like bloody marys

Everywhere I go it's a chicken cutlet with sauce on the side, but I remember one place as a child that did it "right". They've been closed for years now though.
