From my understanding, she claims to have bought it two hours prior, then canceled it after Vic was reannounced. KamehaCon is claiming she bought and later charged back after the announcement.

I believe that the time stamp in the archive is Pacific Times. Where I live, it says 8:13 p.m.
 
ok wouldn' t the people that are selling the product have a better time table on CC charges than the people receiving emails and such? Like the charges take a while for the bank to process correct? And wouldn't KC have to in some way initiate said charge?

My permanent address is in Texas (Central Standard Time area). Renfamous lives in Houston. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks like she bought her ticket two hours after Kameha Con made their announcement that Vic was coming back.
