If the comicsgate guys didn’t relentlessly sperg out over everything she does, she wouldn’t have blown up (in popularity, the fatness is unrelated) as much as she has. That's common. It means she's getting flagged for her behavior but not disciplined yet. When she does something that triggers a punishment it'll come down harder on her/will be easier to trigger because she has so many of those. It'll also start triggering things like auto-filtering her for anyone using quality control, or blocking her and her tweets from showing up in searches.
