They've been mentioned already, but Luke Weber (guy who worked on one episode of SU before getting fired and becoming an alog) has done plenty of straight Pearl art.

It's funny, but mostly in the way that you know he's still seething about Rebecca and Ian not praising him for his self ship art.

But seriously, these people spend way too much time breathing down the necks of voice actors, writers, celebrities, etc. to ensure they’re holding the right beliefs. And I won’t even dig into the good ol’ irony of “wholesome cartoon that teaches you to accept everyone has the most abrasive, intolerant people ever as its fans”.

There was an old 4ch post I wish I saved but it was a hilarious thread about the world of Cars and Planes. In the first Planes movie ww2 is established. The planes are attacking naval ships and the old war plane lost a unit during the war. From there the thread went to some wild and hilarious speculation about the rise of Hitler tanks and weapons (because there are no people) and what the Jews were and how the Cold War worked etc. That world and its autism is pretty hilarious at times.

The reason Fresher Luke got let go by Rebecca Sugar and the animation industry as a whole was because they fucking hated him for having the wrong opinions.
Because, shockingly, the entire industry got taken over by tumblrites who all have massive victim complexes and have the morality of Mean Girls.
Always stabbing each other in the back to push themselves up.

I've posted this before on a different thread, but it's worth posting these interviews he did with Clownfish again because it really helps give you an idea of how bad the animation industry has become.

This happened a lot in fanbases for shows around that time. As you can probably imagine, it was exhausting to be a part of.

I haven't heard anything about Luke being let go because he had conservative opinions. If anything, he didn't start acting like a grifter until after he got fired.
