I found it a bit odd that Jentry Chau vs the Underworld came out right in the middle of Dandadan's weekly airings and out of morbid curiosity my gf and I watched some of it.
The whole thing really seems like a show that would have been insanely popular back in, like, 2015. But the Prada Asian vanity cartoon shtick has long since fallen out of favor and this shit is dead in the water. It really just felt like an edgy Juniper Lee reboot and about half as entertaining.
Oh, and of course, can't forget the black male love interest who looks like he was drawn by that one Twitter artist people used to make fun of. When ya style develops type shit.
