DOMS =/= muscle loss. Soreness is a result of muscle freshness so it's based on how often you train a muscle. If you skip a week, you will naturally get more soreI had to skip last week because I had to go abroad, but when I got back to it this week it was a little harder than I remembered. I even got the DOMS somehow. I didn't think you could lose much muscle in one week.
