Pretty autistic I'd say, but it sounds like he may have been running 5/3/1's "Building The Monolith" routine. 20 rep squats sound pretty damn nasty - and there's no way in hell my grip can last, so you better get some straps.There was an autistic guy on /fit/ a few weeks ago who said he did 10 sets of 20 reps on every exercise he did. He looked great too. If you’re working with dumbbells you may want to try something like that. (He said he was autistic - I’m not just calling him autistic).
On a lighter side of things, I am doing some decent progress after ramping up my cardio. 30 min of light jogging before starting my routines, making sure I keep my heart in the fat burning zone, and I'll throw in 1 hour airdyne/assault bycicle on rest days, nothing crazy but at a moderate pace.
I am officially no longer permabulking, it's just a matter of months until I lose my love handle.
