Dude, you're benching what a 15 year old boy could do with a month of training.. Now maybe you're just lifting every day for the feels instead of trying to get strong or swole. If so, you can ignore my advice. But if you do have goals then your current lifting program doesn't appear to be working unless you're a small woman.
What do you know of where they started, their past injuries (if any), their body size, how long they've trained, and half a hundred other things that could explain a tiny bench press number?

Inb4 they turn out to be a 14 y/o boy with a month of training, or a small woman

I've added 20lbs to my dumbbell bench in a month, and I'm probably going to have to up it again next time. I'm seeing a lot of progress. My chest, triceps, and shoulders were never strong ever in my life.

But comments like this is why people ego lift and hurt themselves.
Yeah you might be progressing greatly and maybe the dumbbell bench press is just as good if not better than BB bench unless you're lifting so much that ROM is limited by the sheer size of the dumbbells but you must follow my powerlifter program or you're not a real lifter!

I get what you’re saying but there’s something about throwing up a big number on barbell bench that makes me feel like a man.

One month ago vs yesterday. There's a lot of progress thats happening. Don't kill my vibe.

Any of you have a recommendation for a scale that does BF%? I don't really care about any of the other fancy shit that goes hand in hand with that, just want to have that number to fuel my neuroses/goals.

If you absolutely want one and nothing is going to stop you, Garmin makes a good scale that does bf%, water, and muscle mass.

But it will all be inaccurate. Dexa scan only true measurement.

Oh yeah I know I'm giving up some accuracy for convenience. I just train at an old school bodybuilding style gym that doesn't have anything fancy like that, and I don't feel like going to the doctor or whatever quarterly for a dexa scan.

What really brings my piss to a boil is when people slam weights when deadlifting. There was this kid deadlifting 215 slamming it down then did over 400 and slammed it down too? Just pure silliness. Did you really have to slam down the 215 buddy? I understand you can't avoid it at a heavy weight but 100-200's is just autism.

Ignore scale, buy measuring tape.

My weight went up 7lbs from water weight just from starting creatine, but my measurements are dropping.

Lot of shit goes into it. Scale can be imprecise, water weight vs. height, time of day, bowel movements, etc. Your weight is just one trackable thing that you should take into context with everything else, like: How are your clothes fitting? Do you feel bloated or sluggish compared to yesterday/2/3/4 days ago? How fast is the bar moving vs. last time you trained the same lift? My own scale is telling me I've put on some weight since the new year, but people are telling me I look like I've put on muscle and dropped fat, plus my lifts are going up. So while I'd like the number on the scale to go down as my lifts go up, I'm not concerned.

Small achievement but I hit 20kg each hand with DB chest press. :)

Massive for me because of injuries resulting in lifelong weakness and damage in my left side.

I'm currently working on doing single arm work outs to try and even my strength in my arms but it's unlikely I will ever be able to fully rehab it. I'm going to try and go for 50kg on bench next time I do a 1RM. Which I think is respectable for someone my size.
