Do you guys think getting a pull-up bar is worth it if I have dumbbells?
You can kinda sorta train your back with dumbbell-pull variations but pull-ups are more effective/simplistic, AND also you can do all sorts of other stuff if you get a gymnastic ring or suspension trainer too. So... basically yes.

It's like saying, "is getting food worth it if I have water?" They fulfil different roles, and overall, they're even more useful if put together; greater than the sum of the parts, since it opens up things like weighed pull-ups (a more accessible progression, imo, than some of the "pure bodyweight" variations (for example see #7 here https://www.hybridcalisthenics.com/pullups)). Also a pull up bar is a good place to hang gymnastics rings from.

Is it worth working shoulders on upper days, or should I just accept I need to have a dedicated shoulder day. My bench feels like it is being held back by both of my front delts, but I'm not exactly sure how to fix that.
Try decline bench for a bit. A decline bench will target your lower pecs more and less the shoulders. Or switch it up and bench with dumbbells instead of bar instead for a bit.

Doing 60 push-ups a night for a month really helped my bench out. It gave me more stability and what I can only describe as power when I did bench. It didn’t necessarily make my weight go up, but it made me feel stronger and more in control when I was benching.

A couple of months ago, I saw a young guy with nasty stretch marks on his chest. Yesterday I saw a different guy with similar stretch marks. What are they doing to get that? Are they not drinking enough water or something?

It's either from building muscle very quickly or getting fat; both of those things will stretch your skin. You didn't specify the context in which you saw this.
I have stretch marks under my arms from rapid muscle gain. It's very common.

In either case they are a badge of honor. (Getting fat if they have lost it)

They were wearing tanktops at the gym and were probably building muscle fast. The stretch marks were on the chest near the front deltoid. Didn't know it was common, are there other areas of the body the stretching occurs and ways to avoid it?

Got a question for you guys, Why did you start lifting?
At first it was just to become hot, but now it's mostly because I like to be away from home.

But I got a question for you in the thread, that may be more experience with the topic.
I'm interested in SARMS currently. I know you might as well do a cycle of steroids instead, but I don't have contacts and you can get real SARMS on the clearnet.

I was thinking of a cycle on 8 weeks with LGD-4033 10 mg daily + MK-677 15 mg daily and adding in Clomid when I feel the side effects of testosterone production shutting down. To my understanding. MK-677 isn't a real SARM and mostly good to keep in a stack for fast recovering, increased appetite and helping to keep the gains after a cycle.

I was thinking of buying everything from https://spectrelabs.org/

I'm basing this on the results seen here. It's not massive, but it's noticeable and I'm not into the huge roid look. Reddit link
Any comments, am I forgetting something, is this retarded?

This is a question you should ask in /fit/ in the /fraud/ thread. They have a daily roid thread where you can ask questions like this.

You mean on 4chan?
Edit: Can't even talk about SARMS in the thread

It depends a lot on your genetics of your skin, but if you are the kind of guy who gets fat easily (endomorph) you should do chest exercises mostly for strength and not to get a huge pump. You fill them pecs with blood, then they grow very large and then stretch marks may appear then worse; if you get a bit fat, they droop. Though, I still have to see a natty, not endomorph grow muscle so fast he gets stretch marks.

Yes. I have them on the inside of my upper thighs, from doing squats.

Edit: arm shot. These are from ten years ago and have faded somewhat with time.

Welllll it's a powerlevel and it MAY OR MAY NOT be relevant to the question at hand, but I have some stretchmarks over my biceps; borderline between my front delt and chest; tricep (top half of the arm); and armpit.

I got those when I started (newbie gains), being overweight and inadvertently bulking at the time. I actually remember the moment I got the stretchmarks, i was flexing after a workout, with a pump, and i could literally feel my skin stretching while on the inside it felt like my bicep was being squeezed in.

They've faded significantly, but they still show up as silvery lines. When they were fresh, they were red.

So yeah, if i had to guess, they put on muscle faster than their skin could acomodate it.

Yeah thinking of switching to egg whites. Chance of getting salmonella is low eating raw eggs but it's there none the less.
You can totally eat raw eggs if you're living in US/JP because it's mandatory to wash eggs there, unless you're buying unwashed ones from a small farmer or something.

The real reason you should cook eggs is..
