Went to a BBQ and ate way too much meat last night, doing my workout today was a fun exercise for how strong my bowels are.

I don't know how people who do massive bulks deal with this, you guys are crazy.
I usually eat meat only at these things, it's the beer that does it for me. I usually do meat only diets for a few weeks just to feel extra light.
We are in constant discomfort.

I've been around 108-9kg at 6ft for about a year now, and basically I can't wear anything. Jeans, even when purchased 3-4 inches bigger than my waist, are still tight everywhere, and the crotch gets blown out in 3 months. XXL t-shirts are snug around the upper body, baggy as hell in the stomach. I have a select few pieces bought years ago that somehow still fit well, but I think I'm getting to the size now where MC Hammer pants, 'longline' t-shirts and fanny packs are the way to go. None of my current wardrobe is 'fashionable' in the way it was pre-permabulk - just bulk plain t-shirts, cheap pairs of stretch fabric jeans, and mostly loose workout gear.

I cannot imagine how miserable life is for the guys weighing 140kg+.
I usually get Jean size 38 but could fit in 32 if I didn't mind the leg hug. I have to wear a belt or else my pants fall. I tend to wear polos because of work and I love how they have the sleeve thing that shows off the guns. But in my youth I would have my clubbing shirts fitted since I was a chode. would take my 2x button ups to a tailor

I do a second breakfast so it's more spread out throughout the day, not sure yet if I want to do 5 meals a day. As for how strong your bowels are, it depends on what you eat and if you had time to digest it. I find spicy food and only an hour of digestion before lifting to really bother my stomach. It might be different for other people and heavy food might contribute as well.

I'm not huge but, I'm a suit and tie in the office day to do. I also kinda am a bit fussy with my looks. I will change at my office.

Jeans are yeah a hassle like that, I can suggest a few brands for long life. But, for most clothes, really aside my work wear, I get cheaper stuff and have tailored. Still come out a lot less than brand name at dep stores. For my undershirts I just get a size up and depending what pants I'm on, sometimes you just gotta go commando.

Does anyone here have experience with SARMs? What were they like? I've considered buying some if I can't get test from my doctor.
Don’t run SARMS without a test base.
I got good results, RAD made me strong yet pissy, but don’t give up your natty card if you don’t know how to use these drugs.

I'm a newfag to roids so apprehensive about them still. Sarms seemed like an easier option since they are legal. I only really started looking into them because I might not get trt.
SARMS shut you down anyways, if you're actually deficient in T than either make lifestyle changes, or if that doesn't work go to a doctor who can prescribe you some and oversee you to make sure you don't grow tits.

once I was running on the treadmill watching Ghostbusters Two on the gym TV when an old guy came in and told the girl at the desk to switch it over to CNN. Every time he came in, he would always make them switch the televisions to CNN. Watching sports? Fuck you, you're watching CNN now! Watching whatever crappy sitcom they've got playing at the gym? CNN MOTHERFUCKER!
My gym has the control to the TV laying out in the open, so everyone can use it. Once teen thot decided to fuck with it and when she didn't figure it out. She just turned the TV off, instead of leaving it at a random channel. I honesty don't care what I watch when I run, something is better than nothing.
Good, I was so pissed.

Update on the ashwagandha. I think it makes me more pissed. as in wanting to smack people for the littlest of thing. Which I don't do though. But overall, I've been raging more the more I worked out. No steroids though.
I do got a question.
I was very underweight in my teen years, is it possible to go through an second "puberty". As my body didn't have the resources for it before, and basically I'm having the teenage mood swings as an adult?

Originally planned to ask my dermatologist about it, as my acne never seems to get better. Unless I've been through a course on isotretinoin, and the acne seems to return after 2 years. I've already been through 2 courses too.
It's time to begin a new one through, as they begin to hurt. But it's a chore, as isotretinoin will tamper with the workout a little bit. So meh.
But basically same question, as increased test give more acne.

It may be a retarded question, but it's an interesting aspect.

Before Accutane, try almost any other option first.
What helped me was megadosing vitamin B5, 10-20mg until the problem goes away, and basic hygiene like washing your sheets of course.

Feel free to call me retarded if I'm wrong but I recall learning something many years back about something like taking zinc is good for acne, especially for teenagers as when going through puberty the zinc is used elsewhere and that's why you break out.

Benzoyl peroxide doesn't work, not tretinoin either. I've tried antibiotics for it too, which was a joke. It did zero.
Funny thing is, benzoyl peroxide used to work. Acne suddenly got immune after I started tretinoin.
Only thing that do work, is this and zapping the shit out of my face. It helps with existing acne, but new one pops up every day.

Not washing sheets causes acne, my body is spotless and I don't do any skincare there. So doubt.
Just going to do my Accutane, my body handles it well anyway. Problem is only slight aching of the joints. Which I probably could avoid, if I weren't adamant about taking more pills a day than recommended.
Going to actually ask my dermatologist about if second "puberty" is possible. It could be useful to someone, to have it written down here.

About clothes and getting bigger. I was a S before, but M/L now, so no problems with fitting in anything yet. Only got one jeans I'm too cheap to replace, even though it's a bit tight.

Okay but for real, what about your pillowcases, it has your hair/head on it all night which is covered in natural oils/grease.

Pillow cases are much easier and smaller to clean than the entire bed fitting, but realistically people who aren't nasty wash their sheets at least monthly.

Recently took three wheels for a solid pause on bench. Close to an all out max effort, but not quite. I figure my touch and go max is in the region of 142.5 - 145kg right now.

What are everyone's favourite bench accessories? I'm big into Larsens, pause Larsens, and no foot bench of any variation. I've heard people say heavy dumbbell bench has food carryover, but I basically never do it. Same with the floor press, but again, I've never done it.

I recall one guy in this thread said he hit 160kg on bench a while back, so I know some of you cunts are moving serious weight.

No personal experience, just a broad who knows a lot about clothes: American Eagle and Lucky Brand make affordable, decent quality "athletic" jeans for men. You want to look for pairs with only 2% elastane if you don't want the stretch jegging look. Mr. Jumbomilkers has tree trunk thighs and he likes Lucky Brand most.

I like to use chains. It helps getting used to heavy weight since a lighter load at the bottom means I can use acceleration to hit the heavier weight at the top. Chains were probably the only good thing I learned while playing high school football as my coach believed it was good for building heavy explosive power

I have giant ass legs and have spent years looking for a good brand. Thanks for this.

I don't really watch much fitness/body building content because of stuff like the above, I'm quite afraid I'm going to get some really bad information because everyone just contradicts each other constantly or says something that seems incredibly dumb but I don't have the knowledge to back up my own thoughts.

I like hybrid calisthenics but he seems more like a lifestyle/good vibes channel for the most part.

The only fitness channels I like these days are 'shredded sports science' and 'mind pump show'. I use to enjoy watching Rich Piana, because at least he was honest about what he was doing, but the rest are cookie cutters.

Anyway, my cardio has been improving a lot, I've been tracking it with a Polar H10 for like 4-5 months now - this is an hour on the bike, same difficulty, same time, same distance, just 4 months apart - big improvement as you can see. Resting HR was around 80 when I got back into the gym in Dec last year after a year off, and it's sitting low 50's now, best I ever got to was 47 RHR but that was pre-covid before I fucked myself up on huge amounts of alcohol.
