Alright, I just hope I can pull through.You can't pick and choose where you lose weight. You have to follow the same principles and let it happen. It will eventually, but if you're apple-shaped, like me, you may be insulin resistant which will make it tougher and will take longer. Be patient with yourself and it WILL happen!

Hey is it normal to zero out an entire days worth of calories? I’ve been working out and eating less and I’ve noticed my calorie counter telling me I’ve gone into the negatives on some days.

At 85 pounds lost now. If I lose 82 more, I'll be at my ideal weight. And I've managed this in less than 6 months.
But I won't lie, my motivation is waning. Why bother changing my weight when my biggest problem is my personality?
