Claiming charging nearly half a million for a pretrial motion to dismiss in a case between private individuals is so ass-on-head retarded I can't even really wrap my head around it enough to address it.

You are correct that the second set of damages don't kick in until the appeal is decided, but since I peg the chances of this getting sent back on appeal at near 0 for anything other than breach of an existing contract for Rial/Toye the remainder of that $500k is nearly a foregone conclusion.

Except "Screech" shows the entirety of the deposition, minutely commenting on every bit of it. And his entire schtick is going through entire documents, even if it takes multiple multi-hour shows. These fucking liars don't even bother getting remotely near the truth.
