Vic is appealing all the causes of action, and the defendants filed a motion to deny the appeal. The appeals court told them to get fucked, and denied the motion to dismiss the appeal.
Also MoRonica are on the hook for 160k in fees, since the judge thought their so called expert lawyer was wasting money and worse than a strip mall lawyer.
They wanted nearly a million together in fees, and sanctions, and the judge barely awarded 248k between all defendants.
MoRonica’s lawyer is demanding the judge explain why they got so low, and is also appealing the low fees. citing that the judge apparently ignored all their evidence; despite the judge having had a 4 hour hearing going over said evidence in detail.
Also MoRonica’s lawyer’s senior partner was at the hearing and apparently yelled at the judge because things weren’t going their way.
Jaime is sperging like mad on Twitter, and Ron has deactivated his account.
We’re all bored, and antsy because the transcript for the last hearing is weeks late.

Before all that, the judge ordered all parties to mediation 11 days after the TCPA hearing. He was sent and shown some threats and asked them to heal the anime community.
It was not successful and the judge dismissed the remaining claims that weren't already dismissed during the TCPA hearing. He asked the defendants to submit their attorneys fees and sanctions. Instead of doing that, J. Sean Lemoine tried to depose Christopher Slatosch and Ty Beard. There was a hearing and the judge denied Lemoine's motion to compel.

He also got him to say on the record in open court that he was going to charge them all that before lowering the boom on him. That was beautiful.

That was one of the best things ever. When Lemoine was asked by Chupp if he would charge his clients, he was fucked. It was wonderful.

Ron said in his deposition that the 100's of women where people coming out on internet forums. TY asked if he believed all 100 of them and ron replied saying, i do believe them due to the things he has done to monica and the people i love.
If thats how ronnie's world works. Imagine making accusations like that against a guy who has documentation of beating his wives infront of his kids

The beautiful thing is Chupp put him on the spot because if he said no, he wasn't going to charge his clients that, he was admitting his fee request was absolute bullshit, and of course, Chupp would deny it.
And if he said yes, he was fucking over his clients.
It took Lemonhead a little while to figure out that yes, he'd rather fuck over his clients, like the absolute scumbag piece of shit grifter he is.

So since the amount of fees are in question, can Chupp force Lemoine/Rial/Toye to prove they were actually charged and paid $280,000/$180,000 at the end of this suit, or is that covered by attorney/client privilege?
Or, in other words, how can the judge be sure the clients were charged what the lawyers claimed they were?

From what I've asked before, they can't be sure. At any moment, Lemonfag can just give them a 100% discount and nobody can stop him. It's his time and money that he's burning, the court can't stop that.
They can however think hes a stupid cunt for wanting Vic to pay those fees.

Lemoine stood in front of the judge and said he'd charge the clients that amount, which is what I'm interested about. If he doesn't charge them that amount could Lemoine be found to be committing perjury/fraud on the court? Can the court verify he did charge them like he claimed he would?

I'm not sure you can force a lawyer to break an attorney client relationship over whether anybody got paid.
