Unless the plot is straight about fetishes I doubt it going to bother me. Much.

Point 1: 50/50. I sat through all of Volume 6 hoping it'd get better. I lost more and more hope with every passing minute. Only now am i at the point where i don't even want to bother but my brain wont let me stop in the middle of it i frea.

Point 2: in that case the plot wont bother you much. It's your generic "Monsters. Go kill" with some Magic but not Magic but actually magic.

Thats why I watched wiseman's grandson. The first epsiode or two wasn't bad, but it just kept getting worse, and I watched all of that. Pretty Middle of the road shit.

I'm waiting for Volume 7. RWBY was basically a pastiche of every fairy tale and classic movie influences portrayed as an anime.

I don't have any major complaints about the show but then again I'm on a discord that analyzes it and tries to guess what happens next based on fairy tales so... Yeah.

I think this is what's happening with Chuck: he has very strong opinions. He believes that Vic has done things that are bad according to his own morals, just not the kinds of things that the defense attacked him over. In those omitted paragraphs, he has other things he's criticizing Vic for - possibly naming names of women he cheated on Michelle with. He also doesn't agree with the lawsuit, because he thinks it's damaging the community and he buys it that it's damaging Vic. Chuck is Vic's friend, and he genuinely wants the best for Vic...but he's very wrong about what will help Vic. PR statements and trying to find common ground won't do anything. He just wants to believe it will.

Plus, now he's burned down his own career in what he was likely told was a move to help save Vic and himself, and to his perspective nothing came of it. Of course that isn't true, the case isn't lost, and Chuck's affidavit will have use in the future, but this is Chuck. He has confirmation bias.

And so we're here. With him berating Vic and wanting to tell more about what he feels Vic did wrong because he feels morally compelled to do so.

Chuck seems like the kind of guy who feels he NEEDS to make his thoughts and position clear on something when NO ONE asked and when it has nothing to do with what the problem is.
Reminds me of that conspiracy theorist (Spencer) from that Burn Notice episode "Signals and Codes".

The frustrating thing is that for a while in V6 it was getting better.... then it just sorta tripped over itself as soon as they reached Pyrrha’s hometown (I can’t recall the name). I’m going to continue partly because their is a remote chance that it may suddenly turn around but mainly because for some reason, I have a feeling that V7 is going to be an absolutely majestic trash fire.

I'm mostly ignoring WW for the time being to wait for the shitstorm to settle down a bit and more reliable information to be available, but I have a question. Didn't Ty file a motion to compel for the discovery that Monica and Ron weren't turning over after their deadline, before the TCPA was filed? Did the judge ever actually rule on that? Because some of the bits on the hearing I looked at suggested that the judge was dinging Ty for not asking to do more discovery during the discovery stay. Which would be an extremely shitty thing to do if the judge couldn't even be assed to rule on the motion to compel discovery that Ty had pending before the discovery stay.
